abstract | FIELD: chemical industry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for granulating a herbicidal formulation based on sulfometuronmethyl and its potassium salt by preliminary grinding of a dry initial component, mixing it with auxiliary ingredients and subsequent granulation by dry or wet method, and at the stage of preparation of components, grinding sulfometuronmethyl to particles of the required size and preparation of aqueous solutions the required concentration of potassium hydroxide, modifying additives of neonol and binder Na-carboxymethylcellulose in the mixing reactors; the reaction of interaction of sulfometuronmethyl with an aqueous solution of potassium hydroxide with the formation of a potassium salt of sulfometuronmethyl is carried out in a turbojet cooler in a "fluidized" bed with constant temperature control in it not more than 60°C with simultaneous supply of an aqueous solution of a modifying additive of neonol; the resulting mixture, mixed with a portion of the retur, is subjected to granulation under the conditions of a mechanically suspended layer with irrigation with an aqueous solution of a binder Na-carboxymethyl cellulose; after that, drying is carried out in a rotary vacuum dryer with a rotating body at a temperature of hot water in a jacket from 45 to 55°C and under a vacuum in a working space from 100 to 120 mm Hg.; classification and packaging of the finished product. n EFFECT: invention ensures effective granulation of herbicidal formulation based on sulfometuronmethyl and its potassium salt. n 1 cl, 1 dwg, 3 tbl, 2 ex |
