abstract FIELD: medicine, traumatology and orthopedics in particular.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to traumatology and orthopedics, clinical laboratory diagnostics. A method for diagnosing periprosthetic infection in patients with instability of large joint endoprosthesis components is proposed. The absolute content of natural killer cells CD16+CD56+ is determined by flow cytometry. IgM and IgG are determined by the immunoturbidimetric method. The content of TNFα is determined by the method of enzyme immunoassay. The coefficient P=1/(1+exp (Z)) is calculated. At 0≤P<0.5, the presence of periprosthetic infection is detected, at 0.5≤P<1, its absence.EFFECT: invention makes it possible to rank each clinical case of instability of a large joint endoprosthesis, both aseptic and septic, without involving invasive manipulations with minimal economic costs for examination in comparison with the existing methods.1 cl, 2 ex
