abstract FIELD: food industry; public catering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry and public catering. The method for making halal mini pies involves kneading dough using flour, sugar, salt, vegetable oil, yeast, milk or water. To cook the filling, the dates are poured with boiling water for 10 minutes, the water is drained, the seeds are removed, peeled, mixed with chopped walnuts, chopped prunes and dried apricots, everything is mixed with honey. The dough is divided into dough pieces and rolled into a thin layer, the dumpling maker is well dusted with flour and covered with a thin layer of dough, the filling in the form of balls is spread into the dimples formed, covered with the second layer of dough, and rolled with a rolling pin. Excess dough is removed. It is rolled again with a rolling pin and the blanks of mini pies are shaken out. The resulting mini-pies are deep-fried for 10 minutes, laid out on paper, and sprinkled with powdered sugar after cooling.
