titleOfInvention | Material for keratoplasty and method for obtaining it |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine or veterinary medicine, namely to ophthalmology. Method for obtaining material for keratoplasty and material for keratoplasty obtained by the claimed method and representing a corneo-sclero-limbal block with a scleral rim width of up to 10.0 mm, the central part of which is formed by decellularized pressed corneal collagen, fixed thermal cross-linking and double-sided multidisplay, are proposed. The method includes cutting out the root-sclero-limbal block from the donor eyeball, then it is cleaned, pressed, dehydrated at a temperature not exceeding 50°C, thermal crosslinking is carried out in a vacuum oven, and then photocrosslinking is performed by irradiating it with ultraviolet light or photocrosslinking is performed, and then thermal crosslinking. The resulting root-sclero-limbal block is placed in a solution of a weak oxidizing agent. n EFFECT: inventions provide a transparent material for keratoplasty, which is integrated into the structures of the recipient's eye and retains its optical properties. n 18 cl, 11 dwg, 8 ex |
