titleOfInvention |
Pharmaceutical product with increased stability, containing immunoglobulins |
abstract |
FIELD: medicine; pharmacology.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine, namely to pharmacology, and is intended for storing a polyclonal immunoglobulin solution. The kit for administering a polyclonal immunoglobulin solution to the patient includes an airtight package containing an oxygen scavenger that ensures the stability of the immunoglobulin solution for a period of at least 24 months, and a polymer syringe pre-filled with a polyclonal immunoglobulin solution that has a protein concentration of 10 to 30% wt./vol. In another embodiment, the use of a polymeric syringe in an airtight package containing an oxygen scavenger is provided for long-term storage of an immunoglobulin composition. Also provided is the use of an oxygen scavenger contained in an airtight package with a pre-filled polymer syringe containing an immunoglobulin solution to increase the storage stability of the immunoglobulin solution.EFFECT: use of the group of inventions makes it possible to increase the stability of the polyclonal immunoglobulin solution during its long-term storage.23 cl, 4 dwg, 2 ex |
