titleOfInvention Composite cathode material based on layered transition metal oxides for lithium-ion batteries and its predecessor compounds
abstract FIELD: electrical industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electrical industry, it can be used for the production of a positive electrode (cathode) material based on layered transition metal oxides for lithium-ion batteries. Active cathode sulfur-containing composite material for lithium-ion batteries is a compound with the formula (1-a)LiNixMnyCozAvO2·aLidSbOc, where LiNixMnyCozAvO2is a component containing layered transition metal oxides, LidSbOcis an amorphous sulfur-containing component, A is alloying additive, selected from the group: Al, Mg, Zr, W, Ti, Cr, V, v≤0.1, x+y+z+v=1, 0.3≤x≤0.85; 0≤y≤0.3; 0≤z≤0.3; 0.0001≤a≤0.02, 0.001≤b≤2; 0≤c≤8; 0.001≤d≤2. The specified composite material is obtained from a sulfur-containing predecessor compound with the formula: NixMnyCozOm(OH)2-2f(SbOc)for NixMnyCoz(CO3)1-g(SbOc)g, where 0.3≤x≤0.85; 0≤y≤0.3; 0≤z≤0.3, 0≤m≤1, 0.001≤b≤2, 0≤c≤8, 0.0001≤f≤0.05, 0.0001≤g≤0.02.EFFECT: improving the performance of the cathode material, namely in the increase in cycles of charge/discharge while maintaining high specific capacity due to the introduction of the cathode amorphous sulfur-containing component LidSbOcin the composition.7 cl, 13 dwg, 4 ex, 1 tbl
