abstract | FIELD: medicine; obstetrics and gynecology. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology, it can be used for topographic and anatomical segmentation of MRI images of the uterus in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy. The construction of segments is performed on MRI images in the T2-weighted image mode in the sagittal and axial planes. At the same time, in the sagittal plane, the maximum oblique-vertical line is built, connecting the bottom of the uterus with the zone of the internal pharynx at the central point of the lower segment on the border between the anterior and posterior segments. This line is divided into 3 equal segments and 2 points are allocated - the boundaries of equal segments. Through these points, 2 perpendicular oblique-axial parallel lines are drawn, which divide the pregnant uterus into 3 segmental floors. The lines are built in the axial plane by crossing the line of maximum width at any level between the right and left sidewalls of the uterus, thereby conditionally dividing the upper, middle and lower zones of the uterus into anterior, posterior, right and left segments. 12 equivalent topographic and anatomical segments of MRI images of the uterus in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy are obtained. n EFFECT: method provides accurate localization of any pathological changes in the pregnant uterus, due to the simple construction of a grid for segmentation of the uterus in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy. n 1 cl, 2 ex, 15 dwg |
