FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for generating ultrafine bubbles and a device for generating ultrafine bubbles for generating ultrafine bubbles with a diameter of less than 1.0 mcm and liquid containing ultrafine bubbles. The ultrafine bubble generation device contains a generation unit designed to generate ultrafine bubbles by inducing a heating element provided in the liquid to generate heat to create a membrane boiling at the interface between the liquid and the heating element; and a post-processing unit designed to perform a predetermined post-processing of a liquid containing ultrafine bubbles containing ultrafine bubbles generated by the generating unit. The post-processing unit includes a removal unit including a first unit that removes an inorganic ion using a cation exchange resin.EFFECT: invention is the effective formation of liquid containing ultra-fine bubbles with high purity.25 cl, 13 dwg |
