abstract | FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: method of production of a tea composition which includes producing a granulated mass from raw materials, granulating the resulting mass by means of extrusion and drying granules, wherein highly dispersive powdered fractions of raw tea materials are used as raw material, and the production includes the following stages: a) obtaining a dry mixture by mixing highly dispersive powdered fractions with dihydroquercetin and arabinogalactan, b) preparation of a solution for processing the resulting dry mixture, wherein arabinogalactan is added to water heated to a temperature of 85 to 105ºC, stirred for at least 10 minutes while the temperature is maintained in the range between 85 and 105ºC, for preparation thereof; c) the dry mixture obtained at stage a) and the solution obtained at stage b) are fed into the extruder. Also described is a tea composition produced by this method.EFFECT: invention allows producing a product the granules whereof are uniform in size and are not only highly extractable but also mechanically strong which allows producing transparent infusion with high biological activity and prophylactic effect.4 cl, 10 ex |
