titleOfInvention Method for ion-selective decontamination of radioactive solutions
abstract FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technology for handling liquid radioactive waste of a nuclear fuel and energy cycle and can be used in the process of processing liquid radioactive waste (LRW). The method of ion-selective decontamination of radioactive solutions includes separation of sludge, colloids and suspended particles from the liquid phase, removal of radionuclides from the liquid phase using selective sorbents and subsequent removal from the container through the filter element of the solution purified from radionuclides, sludge, colloids and suspended particles. Sludge, colloids, suspended particles and spent sorbents remaining in the container are dried by removing free liquid from the container.EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce the dose load on personnel during the ion-selective decontamination of radioactive solutions.6 cl
