titleOfInvention | Method for detecting activity of innate immunity |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to methods for detecting the activity of innate immunity. Disclosed is a method for detecting the activity of innate immunity, including the introduction of a stimulating agent into a blood sample and subsequent quantitative assessment of the activity of innate immunity. The sodium salt of the copolymer (1→4)-6-0-carboxymethyl-β-D-glucose, (1→4)-β-D-glucose, (2→24)2,3,14,15,21,24,29,32-octahydroxy-23-(carboxymethoxymethyl)-7,10-dimethyl-4,13-di(2-propyl)-19,22,26,30,31-pentaoxagenacyclo[23,3,2,2 16 O 5,28 O 9,18 O 12,17 ] dotriactone 1,3,5(28),6,6(27),9(18),10,12(17), 13,15-decaene with a molecular weight Mm = 28000-30000 and a certain structural formula is used as a stimulating agent. The stimulating agent is administered in an amount that ensures its concentration of 0.5 or 0.05 mg / ml in a blood sample, and the quantitative assessment of the level of activity of the USP18 gene is made on the basis of its change in relation to the gene activity of the control sample. If its activity increases, a conclusion is made about the activity of innate immunity. n EFFECT: above method expands the range of tools for solving the set task. n 1 cl, 1 ex |
