| abstract | FIELD: cosmetology.SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of cosmetology and discloses an emulsified liposomal composition and a method for its preparation. The emulsified liposome composition includes a phospholipid stably encapsulating the active ingredient. The phospholipid included in the composition contains phosphatidylethanolamine and phosphatidylcholine, with a mass ratio of phosphatidylethanolamine to phosphatidylcholine of 3-6: 1. The liposome is homogenized to particles with a diameter of 10 nm to 1000 nm. The emulsified liposome composition is intended to promote penetration and absorption of the active ingredient. According to the method of obtaining a liposomal composition, the following components are used: butane-1,3-diol, hydroxyacetophenone, hexane-1,6-diol, glycerin, xanthan gum, hydrolyzed sclerotium gum, water, active ingredient and lecithin.
