abstract | FIELD: production of refractory products.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions of refractory raw mixtures and production thereof in the process of complex use of products of combined wasteless enrichment of high-alumina boehmite-kaolinite bauxite which is not conditional in content of sulfur and silica. Raw mixture as alumina-containing component contains boehmite-kaolinite bauxite burnt in steam-air medium, crushed to fraction <0.074 mm, boehmite-kaolinite bauxite clay crushed to a fraction <0.074 mm, and as a mullite-containing component mullite-alumina slag is a product of reducing melting in an electric arc furnace of the same boehmite-kaolinite bauxite burned in steam-air medium, at following ratio of components, wt %: bauxite clay 10, bauxite 15 burnt in steam and air medium, mullite-corundum slag 75. During fired bauxite smelting iron is removed into ferry iron, then molten mullite-corundum slag is poured into molds. After cooling slag is crushed to size <2 mm. Alumina-containing and mullite-containing components are mixed with the binder in dry form, the obtained mixture is moistened to a plastic state and re-mixed. Prior to molding, plastic mass is held for 3 days under polyvinylchloride film.EFFECT: technical result of invention consists in improvement of processing efficiency of non-standard clays, bauxites and their enrichment products, production of high-alumina crude mixture, providing high physical-chemical and physical-mechanical properties of articles.1 cl, 2 dwg |
