abstract | FIELD: medicine; hepatology. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to hepatology, and can be used for the treatment of acute liver failure (ARF) in an experiment, after a surgical operation, in the result of which a critical deficiency of functioning liver tissue is formed. An unsorted fraction of mononuclear bone marrow cells (BMC) is obtained from a donor rat and stored in a Custodiol solution at a temperature of 4-6 ÂșC for 3-18 hours. After that, total RNA (oRNA) is obtained from it and entered at once intraperitoneally and intraoperatively to an experimental animal - a rat after performing a surgical operation, at a dose of 90-110 mcg/100 g of animal weight. n EFFECT: method makes it possible to accelerate the rate, reliability and effectiveness of the treatment of severe and extremely severe forms of ARF that develop after surgical excision of critical volumes of liver tissue, by increasing the activity of the induction and regulatory effects of oRNA from freshly isolated BMC on the processes of reparative liver regeneration. n 2 cl, 2 dwg, 4 tbl |
