FIELD: biotechnology. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. The method of anaerobic processing of spent brewer's yeast in a digester consists in the fact that brewer's yeast is supplied from above into the biogas medium of the digester with a substrate through nozzles in a discrete-continuous way. The daily rate is distributed over time with humidity of 85-95% and with a temperature not exceeding the operating temperature of the digester. After that anaerobic fermentation is carried out in a mesophilic or thermophilic mode and the produced biogas and the fermented mass are removed. n EFFECT: invention improves the degree of destruction of brewer's yeast. n 1 cl |
