titleOfInvention Humic acids from substandard peloids producing method
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to methods for producing humic acids from silt sulphide mud. Invention purpose is to create a method for producing humic acids from substandard peloids. This goal is achieved by using air-dry mud, which is crushed using a ball mill, treated with a 2 mol/L solution of hydrochloric acid, stirred in a fume hood using a magnetic stirrer in a water bath at a temperature of 40-45 °C for an hour, settle for 2 hours, decanted from the sediment. Operation is repeated three times. The precipitate is washed with white tape purified on a paper filter until a negative reaction to chloride ions by a breakdown of silver nitrate, to Ca 2+ ions by a breakdown of ammonium oxalate and Fe 3+ ions by a breakdown of ammonium thiocyanate; once treated with 0.5 mol/L aqueous sodium hydroxide solution; filtered, precipitated with 30% sulfuric acid, purified from impurities with 70° ethyl alcohol, purified water; filtered, treated with 0.01 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution until complete dissolution, filtered, converted into the H-form on a cation exchanger and dried in a thin layer with forced ventilation at a temperature of 35-40 °С. n EFFECT: significantly reduces the time for obtaining the final product by 90-100 hours, is less resource-intensive and does not reduce the quality of the substance. n 1 cl, 1 ex
