abstract FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of agricultural products, and in particular to a method for producing a nitrogen-containing conditioner for soil. Described is a method for producing a nitrogen-containing soil conditioner, in which a nitrogen-containing substance is contacted with a porous silicate material containing metal and silicon oxides, characterized in that ammonia is used as a nitrogen-containing substance in the form of vapor or a mixture of ammonia and water vapors, as a porous silicate material, containing oxides of metals and silicon, - granular serpentinite with a granule size in the range from 150 to 2500 mcm, and contacting is carried out by passing said steam or vapors through a layer of granular serpentinite with a moisture content of 20-30%.EFFECT: technical result consists in removing the limitations inherent in the known technical solutions involving the use of zeolite, and preventing the formation during the process of the method of solutions requiring disposal, as well as in increasing the amount of nitrogen-containing agent in the resulting air conditioner.3 cl, 3 dwg, 1 tbl, 3 ex
