titleOfInvention | Method for simulating chromium-induced coagulopathy in experimental rats |
abstract | FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to experimental medicine, namely to pathological physiology, toxicology and ecology, and can be used for simulating chronic chromic coagulopathy in experimental animals. That is ensured by the introduction of potassium bichromate solution in dose of 0.5 mg/kg in terms of metal daily once a day. One unit of the solution equal to 0.3 ml contains 0.05 mg of chromium in metal. Administration is carried out for 60 days.EFFECT: method leads to development of chronic toxic coagulopathy in experimental animals due to optimal dose and duration of metal exposure, which enables to develop and search for agents for prevention and treatment of said pathology.1 cl, 1 tbl, 1 ex |
