titleOfInvention Grouting mortar for cement stone blocking fluid (two embodiments) and polymer modifier for backfilling fluid of grouting mortar (three embodiments)
abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to production of grouting mortar for cement stone, blocking fluids (self-restoring cement stone), and polymer modifier for fluid for backfilling of grouting mortar. Cement grout for cement stone blocking fluid contains cement and mixing liquid with functional additives, additionally contains a polymer modifier in amount of 5–10 wt. % of the amount of tempering liquid, previously prepared based on an aqueous polymer dispersion containing globules of acrylic or styrene acrylic polymers. Polymer modifier for backfilling liquid of grouting mortar contains emulsifier dissolved in aqueous polymer dispersion of latex, pigment and defoamer taken in wt. %: latex 45–55, emulsifier 0.5–1.0, pigment 1.0–2.0, antifoaming agent 1.0–2.0, water is balance. Polymer modifier for backfilling liquid of the grouting mortar includes dissolved to required concentration in organic solvent pre-plasticised with a cross-linking agent and accelerator, synthetic rubber in following ratio of components in wt. %: synthetic rubber 10–16, cross-linking agent 0.2–0.5, accelerator 0.2–0.5, organic solvent is the rest. Polymer modifier for backfilling liquid of grouting mortar contains emulsifier dissolved in aqueous polymer dispersion of latex, pigment and defoamer taken in wt. %: latex 45–55, emulsifier 0.5–1.0, pigment 1.0–2.0, antifoaming agent 1.0–2.0, water is the rest, and dissolved to the required concentration in the organic solvent pre-plasticised with a cross-linking agent and accelerator, synthetic rubber in following ratio of components in wt. %: synthetic rubber 10–16, cross-linking agent 0.2–0.5, accelerator 0.2–0.5, organic solvent is rest, taken in ratio 1:1. n EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of distribution of components in the volume of the cement slurry and plasticity of the cement stone by reducing the possibility of cracking in the body of the cement stone, eliminating permeability and eliminating fluid movement in cement stone body fractures by varying the rheological properties of the filtered formation fluid, increasing viscosity and imparting viscoelastic fluid properties to the fluid. n 6 cl, 1 tbl, 1 dwg
