abstract FIELD: biotechnology.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology. Disclosed is an image acquisition system (embodiments) and a servo control method in an image acquisition system (embodiments). System comprises a sample table for mounting a sample, an optical table with a lens, an actuator for moving the stage relative to the optical table, servo circuit to control the actuator and a servo control circuit. In one embodiment, the system also includes a self-tuning circuit of the focus. Method includes determination of system operation recognition pattern in mode of focus model forming, determination of servo control circuit of control parameters set for specified mode, application of servo control set of control parameters set to servo circuit for control over operation of actuator, and when detecting circuit of recognition of transition of system of images obtaining into scanning mode definition of servo control circuit of control parameters set for scanning mode and application of specified set to servo circuit. In one embodiment, the method includes switching on feedback from the self-tuning circuit of the focus to the servo circuit at the scanning mode and switching off feedback in the mode of forming the focus model.EFFECT: inventions provide optimization of the servo drive control system.12 cl, 1 tbl, 11 dwg
