abstract FIELD: non-ferrous metallurgy. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to processing of sulphide copper-nickel ore. Selective leaching of nickel matte obtained by melting the processed ore to obtain a leaching product enriched in a nickel-iron-cobalt compound, and slag for leaching, enriched with copper and noble metals. Iron is removed from leaching product enriched with nickel-iron-cobalt compound to obtain ironless iron and iron residue. Nickel and cobalt are extracted from the iron-free liquid, and the iron residue is used to produce cast iron, and/or during melting of the slag for leaching, enriched with copper and noble metals, in copper-smelting plant for copper and noble metals production. Sulphide copper-nickel ore processing system includes the following units: obtaining a leaching product enriched with a nickel-iron-cobalt compound and a leaching slag rich in copper and noble metals, water-soluble, selective atmospheric leaching, removal of iron, extraction unit, installation of cast iron production, copper smelting installation. n EFFECT: inventions simplify the melting process of sulphide copper-nickel ore with subsequent extraction of nickel, copper, cobalt, noble metals and elemental sulfur. n 15 cl, 8 ex
