abstract FIELD: medical equipment.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to adhesive elements for stromal use. Adhesive element comprises protective layer (3) and has at least first section (1) and at least first adhesive (4) on surface of said protective layer. In the center there is through hole (2) for containing stoma, which forms an internal boundary in said first section, and said first section is adjacent and extends radially from said through hole. At least part of section of first section is equipped with layer (7) of absorbing foam, adjacent hole. Foam expands in the stoma direction as it is wetted and provides sealing around the stoma.EFFECT: stoma apparatus is disclosed.18 cl, 8 dwg
