titleOfInvention | System for increasing a user's sleep efficiency |
abstract | FIELD: medical equipment.SUBSTANCE: system for increasing the efficiency of the user's sleep comprises a skin electroconductivity signal processing device and an interface to provide the user with the sleep preparation guidance based on the user's emotional state. Skin electroconductivity data signal is segmented into a plurality of intervals. Peaks are detected in the signal. Sum of amplitudes of increasing fronts of detected peaks for each interval is calculated. User is classified as being in a certain emotional state on the basis of non-stationary behavior of the sum of amplitudes of growing fronts for each interval during the day. User is classified as being in a painfully fatigued state, when the sum of amplitudes of growing fronts for each interval increases during the day. User is classified as being in a normally fatigued state when the sum of amplitudes of increasing fronts for each interval decreases during the day. Classification is based on comparison of sum of amplitudes of rising edges of intervals at beginning of day with sum of amplitudes of increasing fronts of intervals at the end of day.EFFECT: provided are a device and a system which help the user to have an effective calm sleep.12 cl, 10 dwg |
