titleOfInvention | Method of producing high-module zeolite mcm-22 with high degree of crystallinity |
abstract | FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of zeolites and can be used to produce catalysts based on molecular sieves, particularly for alkylation or transalkylation. Method of producing high-module zeolite MCM-22 involves mixing components - silicon source, aluminium source, sodium source and template in molar ratio SiO2/Al2O3- 40–70, crystallisation under conditions of mixing in autoclave at high temperature, recovering crystals of zeolite by filtration and washing with water and calcining the recovered zeolite at calcination temperature of 550–600 °C. Components are additionally added with sodium fluoride to molar ratio F/SiO2equal to 0.1–0.3. Crystallization is carried out for 9–11 days at temperature 150–170 °C. Desiccated zeolite is calcined in two steps - first at temperature of 300 °C for 1–3 hours, then at temperature of 550–600 °C for 1–6 hours.EFFECT: higher output of highly crystalline zeolite to 47–62 %.5 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl, 13 ex |
