abstract | FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a method for producing a microwave of zeolite ZSM-12, MTW-type structure with the acidity of from 650 to 1000 mol/g, a yield of the product mass from 12 to 20 g and the total pore size of from 0.15 to 0.25 cm3/g of the final product, in contrast to zeolite synthesized by traditional (hydrothermal) method. ZSM-12 type zeolite with MTW structure can be used for catalytic processes of selective isomerisation of components of benzene-toluene-xylene fraction and a number of other aromatic hydrocarbons, particularly alkyl-benzenes, as well as disproportionation of toluene, and so forth.EFFECT: synthesized product has the following characteristics: degree of crystallinity - not less than 95 %; content of sodium oxide or potassium oxide in H-form of final product - not more than 0.05 wt%; molar ratio SiO2/Al2O3- from 50 to 300.7 cl, 11 ex, 3 tbl, 1 dwg |
