titleOfInvention Method for producing collagen base with aseptic properties
abstract FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to medicine and cosmetic industry, namely to a method for producing a collagenic base with aseptic properties, characterized by that freshwater fish skins, in particular, such as silver carp, carp, white carp, sazan and other low-fat fish, are manually or mechanically cleaned from scales, aided muscular tissue, fins and mechanical contaminants, washed in drum-type machines in household soap solution for 30 minutes, and then in water - until no soap residue, washed skins are subjected to peroxide-alkaline treatment, for which skins are poured with a mixture of hydrogen peroxide with mass concentration of 3 % and sodium hydroxide with mass concentration of 3 % by weight, taken in ratio of 4:6, and held for 1.5–2 hours at temperature of 20–25 °C and hydromodulus 1:4, thus treated hides are washed in running water at temperature of 8–12 for 10–15 minutes, then skins are poured with a solution of acetic acid with mass concentration of 6 % and held for 6 days, the obtained mass is homogenised. Method is characterized by that after homogenisation, an antiseptic component is added to the obtained mass - a solution of silver ions based on concentration of silver ions per 1 kg of collagen mass 0.13–0.15 g/dm3, said mix is agitated at agitator working member rotation speed of 24 s-1during 10 minutes. After that, obtained product is packed.EFFECT: present invention provides for production of collagen base on the skin of fish of inland water bodies with antiseptic properties in relation to such strains (genera) of microorganisms as Baccillus subtilis; Candida albicans; Escherichia coli; Pseudomonas; Staphylococcus aureus; wider range of collagen substances for medicine and cosmetology.1 cl, 1 tbl, 2 ex
