abstract | FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and concerns a method for malignization prediction and early diagnosis of malignant tumors, characterized by sampling of the oropharyngeal washout (OPW) in the patient; analyzed sample is centrifuged for 15-20 minutes at 2000-3000 rpm; obtaining supernatant of centrifuged sample OPW and measuring hydrodynamic radius of globules and their percentage contribution to light scattering in analyzed sample by means of monochromatic analyzer of nanoparticles (MAN); when detecting OPW nanoparticles with hydrodynamic radii from 1 to 25 nm with contribution to light scattering from 35 to 55%, malignancy process is predicted, when detecting OPW nanoparticles with hydrodynamic radii 1-25 nm with their relative contribution to light scattering of more than 55%, malignant new growths are diagnosed; by change of percentage contribution to light scattering for 6-12 months, positive or negative dynamics of patient's condition is stated.EFFECT: invention provides detecting quantitative characteristics of OPW particles specific for obligate forms of precancer and malignant growths, as well as cancer detection in carcinogenesis 12 months before the first clinical signs of the disease and possibility of monitoring the objective status of the patients receiving the complex treatment.4 cl, 5 ex |
