titleOfInvention Surgical treatment method of glaucoma
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. A sclerectomy is performed with formation of a square flap, fixing the flap with sutures, implanting collagen drainage for a scleral flap in the side zones. Deep sclerectomy with sclera posterior trepanation is performed, the flap is fixed with sutures from both ends, the drains are of size 4×2.5 mm of collagen haemostatic sponge, which are placed under the scleral flap in three zones: in the distal zone of the flap between the sutures, to the right of the flap and to the left of the flap. n EFFECT: method enables prolonging the hypotensive effect and preserving visual functions by minimizing scleral-scleral contact of the flap. n 1 cl, 2 ex, 1 dwg
