titleOfInvention Method for production of mixed explosive substance
abstract FIELD: blasting operations.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of explosive substances (ES), specifically production of mixed explosive substances (ES), and can be used for making charges from mixed ES to create "soft" loads of materials (low pressures of shock waves, throwing velocities, deformation rates). Proposed method comprises preparation of initial powder substances of preset dispersion, mechanical mixing thereof to produce mixed explosive substance (ES), formation of charge based on prepared ES. According to the invention, powdered ES components are initially subjected to drying in form of finely dispersed TEN with ES particles dispersity, the specific surface area of which is not less than 4500 cm2/g, and separately, of sodium hydrocarbonate with particle dispersion, the specific surface area of which is not less than 660 cm2/g, then the TEN is mixed with sodium bicarbonate at a ratio of wt%: ES 9-13, sodium bicarbonate 90.5-86.5, and additionally with dye - organic rhodamine in ratio 1:1000 pts.wt., then obtained mixture is dried at temperature of not more than 90°C for not less than 2 hours, then, a charge is formed from the obtained mixed ES in the form of a layer of the finished composite ES in the volume of the material to be destroyed during explosion with a layer thickness of not less than 10 mm.EFFECT: technical result of invention consists in ensuring production of composite ES, characterized by lower values of velocity and pressure of detonation, as well as with critical thickness of detonation Hcr≤1 cm.1 cl, 3 dwg, 1 ex
