abstract | FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to obstetrics and gynecology, and aims at prediction of erosion of vaginal mucosa after surgical correction of genital prolapse using mesh implants in postmenopausal women. Concentration values of IL-1β and IL-1RA are determined in vaginal washout and concentration of estradiol in blood, as well as postmenopause duration with subsequent calculation of prognostic index D by formula D = 0.190* x1 – 0.091* x2 – 0.018* x3 + 0.056* x4 – 1.249. If D > 0, high risk of erosion of vaginal mucosa in surgical correction of genital prolapse in postmenopausal women is predicted. If D ≤ 0, a low risk of erectile vaginal mucosa erosion in surgical correction of genital prolapse in postmenopausal women is predicted.EFFECT: invention enables predicting a risk of vaginal mucosa erosion following surgical correction of genital prolapse using mesh implants in postmenopausal women by calculating a prognostic index and isolating a high-risk group on the pathology.1 cl, 3 ex |
