titleOfInvention Method for differentiating cervical neoplasia by lipid composition of tissue
abstract FIELD: medicine; gynecology. n SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for differentiating cervical neoplasms by lipid composition of tissue. For this purpose mass spectrometry is used to determine lipid profile of tissue using OPLS-DA method and using OPLS model, based on the following lipid levels: phosphatidylcholines (PC 32:0, PC 34:1, PC 36:4, PC 34:0, PC 38:4), ethanolamines (PE O-46:0, LPE 46:0, PE O-48:0, LPE 48:0, PE O-46:1) and sphingomyelins (SM 34:0, SM 42:2), estimated parameter (EP) is calculated by proposed formula. If EP<−0.5, tissue is considered to correspond to epithelium of UC with chronic cervicitis; at a value of −0.5<EP<0, the conclusion is made that tissue corresponds to epithelium of UC with LSIL; if value 0<EP<1, the tissue corresponds to the UC epithelium with HSIL; if EP>1, tissue is considered to correspond to cervical cancer epithelium. n EFFECT: method enables high-accuracy differentiation of different types of neoplastic process in epithelium of cervix uteri. n 1 cl, 6 ex, 6 dwg
