abstract | FIELD: mechanical processing of hides.SUBSTANCE: coaxial resonator made of two aligned non-ferromagnetic external and internal cylinders with common bases is installed horizontally on the mounting frame. Along perimeter of side surface of outer cylinder, with shift of 120 degrees, magnetrons of super-high-frequency generators are installed, and on its inner side there are dielectric flexible pegs. In annular space between cylinders rotationally installed dielectric perforated drum on outer side of side surface of which there are guide dielectric splitters, wherein size of annular gap between dielectric pins corresponds to hides thickness. Along the side surface of external non-ferromagnetic cylinder there are three slots. Before the first one there are non-ferromagnetic rollers made with possibility of skin transportation inside annular space between external cylinder and perforated drum, to the rollers at the level of gap between them there is a table for skin laying, and under them bath for bark is installed, in which lower driving roller is immersed. Downy raw material is sucked through the second slot using a pneumatic pump, and a storage container for dried hides is docked to the third one, wherein between the second and third slots there are die rollers installed radially in order to direct the hide. On one side of the base of the cylindrical resonator there is an electric motor with transfer mechanisms for rotation of the dielectric perforated drum, the driving roller and rollers, and on the other - the hatch with the inspection window.EFFECT: apparatus provides accelerated process of fluff collection from rabbit hides.1 cl, 6 dwg |
