| abstract | FIELD: medicine; plastic surgery; cosmetology. n SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for lip plasty. Cupid's arch corner is punctured with a needle in a vertical direction. Then guiding needle in lateral part of lip, hyaluronic acid is introduced in amount of 0.15 ml per fan, which consists of 10 vectors. Then 0.02 ml of hyaluronic acid is bolus-fed at the contour of the red border at the corner of Cupid's arch. In retreat towards outer angle, lips make the next fan. Same actions are repeated before commissure. Then, in the center of the lower lip, the lip contour puncture is made at distance of 1 mm within the red border, from the first puncture into the lateral portion, in the vertical direction, fan of 3–5 vectors is made without affecting the medial part of the lower lip. n EFFECT: method provides a cosmetic effect by administering hyaluronic acid taking into account the anatomical proportion of the lips. n 1 cl, 2 dwg |
