abstract FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cement-gypsum dry mixture, its use and a method for manufacturing prefabricated building components using a cement-plaster dry mixture. Cement-plaster dry mixture contains: binder containing calcium sulphate hemihydrate or mixture, which has at least 50 wt % and hydraulic cement in weight ratio of 5:1–3:1; filler selected from crushed wood, plastic, expanded clay, perlite or foam material or mixture thereof; additives containing at least one superplasticizer, at least one air-entraining additive, at least one stabilizer and at least one retarder/accelerator, wherein additives are in dry form, and weight fraction of total additives of total weight of dry mixture is <1 %, stabilizer is selected from fluorophosphates or condensed phosphates, retarder/accelerator is a water-soluble anionic polymer, and weight ratio of stabilizer and retarder/accelerator ranges from 3:1 to 1:3.EFFECT: technical result is simplification of operation due to fast hardening of mixture at addition of water, low weight, high fire-resistance without formation of smoke.8 cl, 1 dwg, 1 ex
