titleOfInvention Space elevator for delivery of passengers and cargoes from surface of earth or other planet to low orbit and back and method of construction thereof
abstract FIELD: lifting devices.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to lifting equipment for delivery of cargo and personnel from surface of planet into low near-planetary orbits. Proposed space elevator (SE) represents a hollow cylindrical tower of truss sections in the form of pairs of pipes inclined to vertical, which periodically (in height) diverge and converge. These pipes are connected by horizontal ring-shaped pipes to form belts. Weight of sections, thickness and number of inclined pipes are reduced, and length of pipes increases from base to top of SE, on which four space stations are fixed. It is possible to fill aerostats by pipes to compensate for weight of lower part of pipe, hot air from thermal power plants or helium. SE can be built on Earth and on other planets and satellites (incl. without aerostats). SE is assembled by assembly spiders with manipulators and anthropomorphic robots-porters. On the Earth the lift is surrounded with windbreaks enclosing it from wind.EFFECT: technical result is aimed at improving design of SE, approximating its implementation.10 cl, 36 dwg
