abstract | FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a gas-phase method of producing heterophase compositions of a propylene copolymer. Described is a method of producing heterophase compositions (RAHECO) of a propylene copolymer, comprising a propylene (RACO) copolymer (RACO) and propylene elastomeric copolymer (BIPO). Method is carried out in a reactor containing two interconnected polymerisation zones: an up-flow reactor and a down-stream reactor. Growing polymer particles in the reactor move through the first of said polymerisation zones, an upflow reactor, in a fast fluidisation mode in the presence of propylene and ethylene and/or alpha-olefin to form a static copolymer (RACO) of propylene. Then, the polymer particles leave the upflow reactor and enter the second of said polymerisation zones, a downflow reactor through which they move down in the compacted form in the presence of propylene and ethylene and/or alpha-olefin, where concentration of ethylene and/or alpha-olefin in a downflow reactor is higher than in an upflow reactor to form an elastomeric copolymer (BIPO) of propylene. Then, the polymer particles leave the downflow reactor and are repeatedly fed into the upflow reactor thereby creating a circulation of the polymer between the upflow reactor and the downstream reactor.EFFECT: technical result is improvement of method of producing RAHECO in polymerization reactor MZCR with high output volume, high reliability and better ability to produce RAHECO with high melt flow index and BIPO component with higher molecular weight.10 cl, 1 dwg, 2 tbl, 4 ex |
