titleOfInvention | Producing thermolysin and versions thereof and use thereof in liquid detergents |
abstract | FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an isolated version of thermolysin, production and use thereof. Disclosed is a thermolysin variant containing a substitute selected from T006A, T006C, T049D, Y151S, T049M, I156E, T049S, I156H, A056C, I156K, A056R, A056Y, A058S, S065C, S065E, G196D, S065I, G196H, S065T, Q273A, S065V, Q273N, Q273T, Q128C, Q273W, T278C, Q128T, T278H, T278N, Y151A, T278S, Y151C, T278Y, N280E, N280I, N280L, N280M, N280S, S065W, A056E, A058C, A058E, Q061E, Q061M, S065D, amino acid sequence presented in SEQ ID NO: 3. Isolated version of thermolysin has higher efficacy compared to wild-type thermolysin. Thermolysin is obtained by transforming Bacillus sp. an expression vector comprising a polynucleotide sequence encoding a thermolysin variant, by culturing the transformed host cell under conditions suitable for producing said thermolysin, followed by collecting the obtained thermolysin variant. Isolated version of thermolysin is used in the composition of the cleaning composition in the method of cleaning surfaces and/or articles.EFFECT: group of inventions provides a thermolysin version with high efficiency.48 cl, 9 dwg, 3 tbl, 8 ex |
