abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to abdominal surgery, traumatology and resuscitation, and can be used for assessing the course of the early postoperative period in patients operated on for various diseases and injuries. Method for predicting thromboembolic postoperative complications involves taking and analyzing venous blood in a patient. In the early postoperative period, blood dynamics is used to determine the value of the International Normalized Ratio, content of malondialdehyde and phospholipid lysoforms. Based on the obtained data, a prediction index of thromboembolic postoperative complications (TPCPI) is calculated by formula: where MNO 1 – International normalized ratio at previous moment, MNO 2 – International normalized ratio at current moment, MDA 2 – current malondialdehyde content, MDA 1 – malondialdehyde content at previous moment, LF 2 – content of lysoform phospholipids at current moment, LF 1 – content of lysoform phospholipids in previous moment. TPCPI value less than 3.0 indicates no probability of developing thromboembolic complications, TPCPI value of 3.1 to 4.4 indicates low probability of thromboembolic complications, TPCPI value more than 4.5 states a high probability of thromboembolic complications. n EFFECT: invention provides higher accuracy and adequacy of blood coagulation evaluation in patients in early postoperative period. n 1 cl, 5 tbl, 4 ex |
