abstract | FIELD: chemical or physical processes.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of carrying out a heterogeneously catalysed reaction in a three-phase reactor. Method is carried out in a reactor comprising at least two zones 1 and 2, which are separated from each other by a partition wall, and ratio between average values of concentration of catalyst in zone 2 and in zone 1 is more than 2, and includes movement of reaction mixture down in zone 1, movement of reaction mixture upwards in zone 2, wherein gas required for method implementation during operation is almost exclusively located in zone 2, while zone 1 remains virtually free of undissolved gas.EFFECT: invention provides an improved and inexpensive method of carrying out a heterogeneously catalyzed reaction carried out using a simple and safe reactor structure, minimum abrasion of catalyst and increased operating time of catalyst simultaneously with good and practically constant its activity, selectivity and good mixing in reactor, high efficiency of method, reliable operation without interruption, as well as unlimited suitability of the method and possibility of using substances which precipitate or are easily polymerizable.1 cl, 2 tbl, 5 ex, 1 dwg |
