FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a catalyst system which reduces polymer fouling during oligomerization of olefins. Catalytic system contains a titanate compound, an aluminum compound and an antifouling agent. Antifouling agent contains a structure containing a central aluminum atom bonded to the R1 group bonded to the R2 group and bonded to the R3 group. One or more of the chemical groups R1, R2 and R3 can be a fouling preventing group containing a structure -O((CH)O)R4, where n is integer from 1 to 20, m is integer from 1 to 100 and R4 is a hydrocarbyl group. Chemical groups R1, R2 or R3, which do not contain antifouling group, if any, are hydrocarbyl groups.
