abstract FIELD: biotechnology.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, specifically to a cryopreservant cryopreservation composition for long-term storage of primary keratinocytes. Cryopreservant contains DMEM/F12 nutrient medium, additionally contains Panexin NTA serum substitute, cryoprotector DMSO and alpha-lipoic acid in concentration of 200 mcM, dissolved in DMSO, with following ratio of ingredients, %: DMEM/F12 nutrient medium – 70–75 %; Panexin NTA serum replacer – 10–15 %; cryoprotector DMSO – 9.999 %; alpha-lipoic acid – 0.001 %, wherein the increase in the portion of the Panexin NTA serum substitute in the final solution occurs by reducing the portion of the DMEM/F12 nutrient medium.EFFECT: invention increases output of live and active to human keratinocytes from deep freezing after prolonged storage.1 cl, 1 ex, 1 dwg
