titleOfInvention Method of complete abdominoplasty
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to plastic surgery. Soft tissue thinning zone is marked in a supraumbilical region. Area of formation of the dermal-fat flap is marked in the hypogastric area corresponding to the size of soft tissue thinning in the supraumbilical region. Then skin and fatty tissue is dissected with formation of marked dermal-fat flap. Skin flap of the anterior abdominal wall is mobilized to an umbilicus. Then navel is separated and mobilization of dermal-adipose flap of anterior abdominal wall to costal arches is continued. Rectal abdominis muscle aponeurosis is repaired, as well as a removal of skin-fat excesses. Dermal-fat flap is fixed in soft tissue thinning zone by applying U-shaped sutures between the formed dermal-fat flap and abdominal rectus muscle aponeurosis. Umbilical cord is moved to a new position. Wound is closed and drained. n EFFECT: method enables reducing the risk of edge necrosis in the early postoperative period, the risk of forming contour deformities of the abdomen in the remote postoperative period, obtaining a thin low-visible postoperative scar, which reduces the risk of secondary abdominoplasty and improves the overall aesthetic effect of the operation. n 1 cl, 2 dwg, 2 ex
