abstract FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to physiotherapy, urology and sexopathology, and can be used for treating patients with erectile dysfunction. In the supine position, exposed to the patient’s penis in the projection of the cavernous bodies and the spongy body with the focused shock waves being contacted using Well-Wave device (manufacturer: "Phisiomed") at an energy flux density of 0.15 mJ/mm, frequency of generation of shock waves of 3 Hz, the pulse number of 1,800 for the procedure. That is followed by transcerebral exposure to a traveling pulse magnetic field from headband with 20 mT induction and 20 min exposure. A course of 8 procedures with a periodicity two times a week.EFFECT: method provides correction of erectile dysfunction, higher clinical effectiveness and prolonged remission by combined action of focused shock waves with contact and traveling pulsed magnetic field.1 cl, 2 ex
