abstract | FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to therapeutic dentistry, and is applicable for conservative treatment of destructive forms of periodontitis. Preliminary examination by conic-beam computed tomography (CBCT), removal of materials of previous restoration, cavity sealing of previously sealed channels is performed. Antiseptic treatment of the root canal surface is performed by low-intensity laser radiation by administering the preparation "Elofit" containing hyaluronic acid into the root canal, then after 5 minutes of exposure, a light guide of a Kristall laser apparatus with diameter of 400 mcm, a wave length of 662 nm and an exposure power of 0.3–0.8 W into a dental canal in pulse mode, not reaching the anatomical apex of tooth by 2 mm, for 40 seconds, guide the light guide with helical motions from the root canal, then channel is temporarily filled with calcium hydroxide and introduced into area of transitional fold and alveolar process in projection of apical part of causative tooth preparation of hyaluronic acid "Revident" volume 0.05 ml, 2 weeks later, channel obturation is performed by lateral condensation of gutta-percha and sealer.EFFECT: method enables reducing the length of treatment by 20–30 %, stimulating bone tissue regeneration and eliminating a pathological focus in the periapical area, accelerating the mechanisms of reducing microflora sensitization in the root canal system.1 cl, 2 dwg, 2 ex |
