FIELD: immunology; medicine. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to nucleic acid derivatives having immunostimulating activity which are useful as an adjuvant of the vaccine and/or vaccine per se. Disclosed is a compound having immunostimulating activity, which consists of a first chain and a second chain, wherein the first chain is represented by the formula ODN2006, and the second chain is an oligonucleotide comprising a sequence capable of hybridizing with the first chain bound to the lipid. Compounds are suitable as an adjuvant for treating or preventing cancer or infectious disease when administered with a tumor or microbial antigen. Besides, the compounds in the absence of tumor antigenic peptide show a strong anti-tumor effect on melanoma expressing TRP2 protein. n EFFECT: disclosed is a nucleic acid derivative having immunostimulating activity. n 10 cl, 15 dwg, 77 tbl, 6 ex |
