titleOfInvention Method for study of postoperative portal endogenous intoxication in experiment
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery and pathological physiology. During surgery, immediately after laparotomy, a catheter is inserted into the portal vein and fixed, the catheter is brought out through a separate puncture. Thereafter, prior to performing the main stage of the operation, portal venous blood is sampled to determine average molecular weight in the blood. In the postoperative period, the blood is sampled from the portal vein through the catheter daily in the morning on an empty stomach for 7 days. Results of determining average blood molecules from the portal vein prior to the main stage of the operation are taken as 100 % in interpreting postoperative results. n EFFECT: method enables performing the study of postoperative portal endogenous intoxication in the experiment. n 1 cl, 1 ex
