FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to dentistry, and can be used in therapy for treating inflammatory periodontium diseases. Disclosed agent for periodontitis treatment contains organosilicon glycerohydrogel, hydroxyapatite and an active additive, wherein as an active additive it contains a peptide ZP-2 (THR NLE NLE ALA SER HIS TYR LYS GLN HIS CYS PRO) with following ratio of components, wt%: hydroxyapatite 3–4, peptide ZP-2 (THR NLE NLE ALA SER HIS TYR LYS GLN HIS CYS PRO) 0.001–0.005, glycerol hydrogel composition Si(CHO)·6CHO·28HO – balance up to 100. What is also presented is a method of treating periodontitis, involving professional hygienic treatment of the oral cavity, antiseptic therapy and local drug therapy, wherein the local drug-induced therapy is carried out by inserting the above agent in the periodontal pockets in amount of 1.5–2.0 g in each periodontal pocket in the area of the patient's tooth with repeating the procedure five times in one day, wherein the agent from the periodontal canals is not removed.EFFECT: use of group of inventions provides achieving stable effect of periodontitis treatment, including in severe disease and aggravation.2 cl, 3 ex |
