titleOfInvention Electrochemical reactor and apparatus for electrochemical synthesis of a mixture of oxidants
abstract FIELD: electrochemical reactors.SUBSTANCE: electrochemical reactor comprising vertical cylindrical coaxially located hollow electrodes, external of which is an anode, and internal – cathode, and diaphragm, coaxially arranged between them to form anode and cathode chambers, upper and lower attachment assemblies of electrodes and diaphragm, electrolyte supply units, electrolysis products removal and cooling agent supply and discharge into the cathode tube space, characterized by using an anode with electrocatalytic coating on the diaphragm side, and a ceramic diaphragm based on zirconium, aluminum or yttrium oxides, units for supplying electrolyte to the anode chamber and removing electrolysis products therefrom are located on the anode side surface in the form of nozzles configured to provide a quick-detachable connection, each of upper and lower assemblies of fixation of hollow electrodes and diaphragm comprises flange connection, one of flanges of which is flat with axial hole and connected to anode, and the other one is stepped and is equipped in the end part with a dielectric bushing with an axial hole, cooling agent supply and discharge assemblies are located in the hollow cathode ends in the form of nozzles made with the possibility of providing a quick-detachable connection and with external thread in the middle part, wherein coolant supply and discharge unions are located in axial holes of dielectric bushings, electrolyte supply units into the cathode chamber and electrolysis products removal therefrom are located on the side surface of the stepped flange smaller in diameter step in the form of nozzles configured to provide a quick-detachable connection, diaphragm face ends support fluoroplastic caps with an axial hole, the diameter of which is equal to the outer diameter of the cathode chamber, located inside the stepped flange, between the flanges there is a fluoroplastic ring, and between stepped flanges and dielectric bushings, as well as between dielectric bushings and coolant feed and discharge nozzles there are chemically resistant rings. Invention also relates to an installation using said reactor.EFFECT: increased efficiency, reliability, resource of continuous operation at simultaneous reduction of power inputs, consumed salt and prepared water.10 cl, 3 dwg
