abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to pediatric urology – andrology. Vertical notches are made in distal part of stem part of penis through entire thickness of skin of displaced foreskin: two notches on ventral surface and two notches on dorsal surface. Foreskin is fixed through notches with a sutured suture to the alveolar cover preventing slipping. Elongation of a visible portion of a penis shaft, mobilization of cavernous bodies with liberation of a penis shaft from embryonic fusion by excision with mobilization of skin of a trunk of a penis in the presence of phimosis is performed from the circular incision after excising the excising ring excision, deviating from the coronary furrow, and in absence of phimosis – by circular incision of skin at base of penis, deviating radially from cavernous bodies. n EFFECT: disclosed method provides reliable fixation and prevents distal slippage of skin of prepuce. n 1 cl, 2 ex, 6 dwg
