titleOfInvention | Apparatus and system for collecting and analyzing steam condensate, in particular an exhaled air condensate, as well as a method for use thereof |
abstract | FIELD: biochemistry. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to sampling, detection, analysis in biochemical studies and versions of use thereof. Device for collecting a sample of steam condensate (VC) and preparing said sample for analysis comprises a collecting plate and a cover plate, where i. plates are movable relative to each other in different configurations; ii. one or both plates are flexible; iii. each of the plates has on its respective surface area of contact with the sample for contact with a sample of steam condensate (VC), which contains an analyte; iv. one or both plates contain dividers, which are fixed on corresponding plate, wherein the dividers are characterized by a predetermined substantially uniform height and a predetermined constant distance between the dividers, and at least one of separators is located inside said contact area with sample. One of configurations is an open configuration, in which two plates are either completely or partially separated from each other, wherein the space between the plates is not controlled by the dividers, and the sample VC is placed on one or both plates, and the other configuration is a closed configuration, in which is led after placing sample VC in open configuration; and in closed configuration at least part of sample VC is between two plates and contacts with them, and is also characterized by a highly uniform thickness, which is controlled by dividers and two surfaces for the sample at the plates and is equal to 30 mcm or less. Also disclosed is a system for accelerated analysis of a steam condensate sample using a mobile telephone, a method for accelerated analysis of an analyte in a sample using a mobile telephone, as well as versions of the analyte analysis method in the steam condensate sample. n EFFECT: group of inventions provides simplification and acceleration of sampling and measurement processes, at which small-volume samples can be used. n 133 cl, 1 tbl, 18 dwg |
